Dark, leafy greens are best. Endive, kale, mustard/dandelion/collard greens and escarole can be fed. Acceptable vegetables include squash, pumpkin, bell peppers (red, orange, yellow), bok choy, watercress and carrots. This is by no means all inclusive.
