My two year old dog was diagnosed with a mild case of hookworm. She has been on heartguard plus for 8 months consistently. Vet prescribed pyranyel liquid. Given 2 weeks apart. Can she still take her monthly doseif heartguard plus with this med. Thank you

Did you mean Pyrantel? Yes, it's ok to give pyrantel along with her normal heartworm prevention. make sure to have her stool checked again after treatment to be sure the infection is cleared.
I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
