I get infusions if remicade at home. Today a bit of the medicine and saline solution spilled and my dog licked a little. I tried calling the company but they said it’s only been studied in mice ever; not dogs. My vet told me to call poison control if I was concerned, but it’s $75 and I don’t know if they’ll know either. My dog is acting fine and playing. This happened over two hours ago. What should I do? Should I call or just monitor her?

Hello. I would not be overly concerned. While there are some important safety warnings for use in people, this generally involves long-term & full dose contact. Emma licking a small, diluted amount will not present any danger to her at all. I would not worry one bit about this. She will be fine. Thanks for using PetCoach.
