You My 9yr old German Shepherd was just diagnosed with advanced lymphoma... the vet prescribed prednisone (20mg). She weighs 71lbs, and the instructions say to give her 3.5 pills a day . That’s 70mg. I tried calling the vet to confirm this was correct , but I’m not getting through. Does 70mg seem right?

Hi and thanks for posting on PetCoach. Immunosuppressive and anti-neoplastic dosages range from 2mg to 4mg per kg of body weight per day for dogs so this sounds about right. However, I would still make sure you double check with Chloe's vet to confirm if you are concerned.
