About an hour ago my three year old, 55 lb pit bull ate two 200mg Ibuprofen tablets after eating a full meal. I gave her hydrogen peroxide but she won’t vomit, she is acting normal thus far, should I be concerned?

Ibuprofen toxicity in dogs is very serious. The symptoms do not show up right away in most cases. She definitely ingested twice the normal recommended dosage for a dog her size. It is best to get her to a vet ASAP for treatment. ( https://www.petplace.com/article/drug-library/drug-library/library/ibuprofen-motrin-advil-etc-for-dogs-2/ )
