I think my puppy got something in her eye or scratched the corner but either way I don't have the money to take her in and was hoping there might be an over the counter drop that can help her get back to normal. Any suggestions? I've been trying warm compresses and it seems to help a little.

This does look red and inflamed but may be associated with a cherry eye. Cold compresses, flushing with cooled boiled water and gentle massage of the corner of the eye can help to reduce mild cases but surgical repair is required in persistent cases.
