Hi my dog has been licking her leg for two days and know it is swollen and she can't put pressure on it

Thank you for contacting PetCoach with your question about Pandora and for providing pictures of her paw. They are very helpful. I certainly see swelling in the pictures, especially of one of her toes. It may be infected or broken. If she can't put pressure on her leg, that means she is in a lot of pain. Unfortunately there are no OTC pain relievers you can give her. Many human ones are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. I'd take her into a vet immediately. The vet will likely want to do x-rays of her paw to see what is going on, and can give her pain medication. I hope this helps!
