My dog has been vomiting everything including water but is acting normal. Except lack of appetite. It has been roughly 24 hours. We thought she was better when she drank and ate last night. Only to find vomit this morning. What should I do

Thank you for contacting Petcoach with your question about Ellie. Poor girl! She could have a severe stomach illness causing her symptoms, or a foreign body or pancreatitis. Given that she has been vomiting for over 24 hours, it's time to see the vet. She needs a shot to stop the vomiting, IV fluids for hydration, and any other treatment the vet deems necessary. The vet can also diagnose the cause of her vomiting. I hope this helps!
