Hello. I am so sorry to hear the kittens died. There could be a few causes including a viral infection, parasites, poor milk quality, premature birth or a congenital issue within Peaches that made it so the kittens did not form properly. Peaches will be ok. Be sure to give her plenty of attention and stick to a routine. Her milk will dry up within a week or so. Do monitor her teats for any signs of infection like redness or pain. I recommend to have Peaches spayed within 8 weeks from the birth. Having a cat spayed has many health and behavioral benefits. Additionally, 1 female cat can have almost 30 kittens in a year if not kept indoors and away from male cats. That's a lot of kittens/cats to care for. Not to mention hundreds of thousands of cats and kittens are destroyed every year because there are not enough homes. I hope this helps and my condolences.
