hi! i put icy hot on my shoulder, and my cat was sniffing it through my shirt and was drooling. once away from my shoulder, he was fine. i’m worried about him getting poisoned but he is acting fine as long as he is away from my shoulder. i washed off the cream and i am sleeping with it covered just in case, but do i need to take him to the emergency vet?

Thank you for contacting PetCoach with your question about Link. No you don’t need to take him into the emergency vet. As long as he doesn’t ingest any, he won’t get poisoned. Just keep him away from your shoulder if you use it. I hope your shoulder feels better soon!
