Thank you for contacting Petcoach with your question about Magnolia May and for providing a picture, it's very helpful! I would be concerned enough to have it checked out by a vet. It could be the start of puppy pyoderma (a skin infection), or it could be due to fleas, mites, or allergies. Having her seen by a vet will prevent it from getting worse and allow it to be treated. Please give her vet a call now to make her an appointment. I hope this helps!
