Is it safe to use toothpaste around my cat ? For example if my husband brushes his teeth and kisses the cat or feeds the cat can this poison the cat ?

Yes, it's fine to use toothpaste around your cat. You shouldn't use human toothpaste to brush her teeth, and she shouldn't ingest large amounts of it - but the scenarios you describe here are perfectly safe and would not cause any problems.
