Tombo is an outdoor cat and came to me on Tuesday squinting his right eye there was no discharge. Wednesday there was just a clear discharge with a little bit of redness in his lids. Thursday the lids were the same but there was clear discharge with a little cream colored discharge. Today he looks like this and I am wondering if I should take him in to the vet?

Poor Tombo. Yes, I would take him into the vet. Any eye problem should be checked out by a vet promptly as leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. The vet can diagnose what is causing his eye problem and can treat it. I'd take him into a vet today. I hope this helps!
