Hi! I got a male dog which undergoes castration a year ago. Now we don't know why his private part is bleeding, at first it was just little droplets and as time pass by the spots gets bigger and bigger. Just last night his left foot barely touches the floor as he walk. What can we do and how can we deal with this??

It is difficult to see blood in the picture but his skin looks red and it looks like he has been licking a lot. He could have a urinary tract infection causing the blood and may need an antibiotic. He may also have allergies causing the redness of his skin and licking. As for his paw, he may have a strain or sprain Causing the lameness. He really needs to be examined by a vet to diagnose all his problems and determine the best way to treat them. He may need an antibiotic, allergy medications, and an anti-inflammatory.
