My cat has a small patch of hair loss on her face. Skin looks slightly irritated sometimes but not bumpy. She’s an indoor/outdoor cat. The area does seem itchy as sometimes I see her scratching it. I’m not sure her age as she was adopted. She sleeps and eats and is acting normal but this patch has been there for a couple weeks and hasn’t gotten any better.

Ouch! That spot looks very irritated. I would have a vet examine Chewy to rule out issues such as fungal infections, allergies, wounds, parasites, metabolic issues, etc that could all be causing what you are seeing, as that is a very large irritated area. Until you can get to the vet, keeping an Elizabethan (cone) collar on Chewie to keep her from scratching can help reduce irritation and the chances of secondary infections.
