hello I gave my elderly cat approx 1/3cup whole milk and noted that it has VitD, a poison. Will she be ok?

The Vitamin D is milk isn't toxic to cats. The concern is that cats are actually lactose intolerant, and giving Baby milk could cause GI upset. Based on that, I would not give her any more. I hope this helps!
