My cat Milo had his teeth cleaned on Friday and all went well (no gum bleeding). He’s still been eating and drinking and as far as I can tell pooping and peeing. But he just seems to be sleeping a lot more than usual, not getting his regular zoomies, and keeping more to himself. Maybe I’m just looking into things more because he’s been my problem child when it comes to medical things but he just seems different from his usual self.

Poor Milo. This all could be him recovering from the stress of the dental procedure. If he had any teeth removed, he could also be a bit painful. I could ask your vet for pain medications if so. Otherwise, keep a close eye on him and if he doesn't improve, he should be seen by a vet.
