So I took my dog to the vet last Thursday because of her nose running and she's not lethargic or anything, but her nose is still running very badly and very much even though she's on antibiotics and we've been giving her benadryl as recommended by the doctor. The nasal discharge is yellowish in color, but has been crusting on her nose in a brownish color. There's been no other symptoms besides this. I should set up another vet appointment, right?

Yes I would schedule a recheck if the discharge is still brown or yellow and hasn't started to resolve after a few days of antibiotics and other medications as it is possible there is something stuck in the nose causing irritation, or the infection requires more targeted medications. I would also make sure to keep Fray eating and drinking. You can also clear away any nasal discharge that is crusting around the nose to help keep it easier for her to breathe.
