My dog has this red bubble in the corner of his eye. It was very small at first and I think it’s gotten bigger. He likes to smoosh his face into the bed and couch I’m not sure if that’s what caused it. Is it something I should be really concerned about?

Hi and thanks for your request. This lump should be ideally checked by your local veterinarian as the mass looks arising from the third eyelid. It does not look like a protrusion of the nictitant gland so it could be either due to an inflammatory or neoplastic mass (a tumor). your vets will either take a sample through a FNA or a biopsy.
