Thank you for contacting PetCoach with your question about Iggy and providing a picture of his gums, it's very helpful. The gum around around the canine tooth looks a bit red, and I see some tartar starting to build up on that tooth. It could be the gum is red from the tarter build up. It's not a huge build up of tarter, but it's best to have it removed before it gets worse. Like humans, dogs need regular dental cleaning, scaling, and polishing of their teeth. I recommend scheduling a dental procedure with his vet. I hope this helps!
