Yesterday my sun conures started to be fluffed up sleepy and less active and her poop is more watery i am keeping her warm in a blanket what else can i do to help .

The best next course of action if Rosita hasn't improved is to bring her to your vet for an exam. General lethargy can be a sign of almost anything in birds, so an exam is a good idea to narrow down the problem and get her started on treatment.
