Few days back I took my dog to veg since he had skin infection so doc told its cos of mosquito bite. He gave a shot and antibiotic to take and a cream to apply. I gave him antibiotic and applied creme. After 2 days he vomited that time doc gave him a tablet and after one day he started to have bloody diarrhea. Now he is too sick and not having food but drinking water. And he has discharge from eyes

Hi there and thank you for using PetCoach to address your concern. It sounds as though Pachu is not tolerating the antibiotics. I would contact the veterinarian to discuss other options for treating the skin infection. If the skin infection is not bad, then the use of oral antibiotics may not be needed. I always try to treat mild skin infections with topical therapy alone and get very good success in doing so. If Pachu is dehydrated from the vomiting / diarrhea he may need hydration therapy to help with that. I hope this helps!
