Thank you for submitting your question regarding Oreo. I recommend that he sees a veterinarian. His symptoms are worrisome for a young kitten. He should be very playful, not sleeping a lot at this age. He needs to be seen to determine that cause of his illness. Then treatment can be started to help him feel better.
