My dog is diagnosed with chronic kidney failure. He is having creatinine at 15. He is 1year and 10months old. Can the condition be reversed?

Unfortunately no, chronic kidney failure cannot be reversed. It is ultimately fatal. It can be treated but it cannot be cured. If was acute kidney failure, there is a chance it could be cured. I'm sorry.
