Please help, my cat is struggling to walk, smells funny, having a hard time pooping, she will not eat/drink, and she has a really runny nose.

It's a medical emergency when a cat won't eat. There is nothing we can do to help you from this site except advise an immediate vet visit. It is illegal for us to prescribe medication, and we cannot diagnose what is going on with Tabby without seeing her in person. You have no choice but to take her into a vet now.
