From experience, Nationwide and even Costco have great plans but everyone has different needs and wants so you will have to call around and get specific quotes from the insurance companies. Some veterinary clinics offer wellness plans that cover the spay / neuter. I would also call around to various clinics and see if there is a wellness plan you can enroll the kitten on to help cover the costs of preventative spaying / neutering. I hope this helps!
