While bathing my Persian kitten it got shampoo in his eye now it's eye had become red nd it's not opening it please help me

Just rinse out the eye with A LOT of tap water. The eye is going to be irritated, that would be expected. You can go to a pharmacy and buy artificial tears ointment to apply to the eye twice a day until it looks better.
