Saturday night my 13 lb dog ate a few milk chocolate raisins. Because I know raisins are toxic I immediately took him to the vet where the vet induced vomiting and gave me activated charcoal to feed him every 3-4 hours. It is now Monday at 6pm and he appears to be acting normal except he had diarreah. Should I be worried?

You did absolutely the right thing by taking Bowie into the vet. The diarrhea may be a side effect of the activated charcoal. I'd keep an eye on him for now, and if it's keeps happening through the night, have him seen by a vet in the morning.
