My cat has big really crusty sores in between his toes and on the bottom of feet and lower legs I know he needs to go to the doctor but I can't get him there right now due to financial circumstances I have washed his feet with a little bit of antibacterial soap this weekend so warm water the low Neosporin on the affected areas is there anything else I can do to help hi sides for him to the vet as soon as possible

Please repost your question and attach a picture to it so we can give specific advices on how to approach this problem without going to the vet. Generally speaking disinfection may be started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths. Buster collar may be useful as well to avoid any licking (if any).
