My dog leg has been injured or he has an infection, i honestly do not know. His front right leg (on the bottom joint) is heavily swollen with that lump (pic attached) - no fur on it :( . He is slightly lumping and he flinches when the lump is touched. On the side of that same leg, there is another lump besides it with a hole i reckon, that too seems swollen. The fur still remains. Overall, the wounds have redness around it. I don't know if it is worth going to the vets? Is there a home remedy?

With this amount of pain and swelling he must be seen and assessed by a vet. A tumour or abscess may give such pain and deformity, but it is impossible to diagnose from a picture. There is no appropriate home remedies that can be recommended until the underlying cause is known and it is not fair to delay treatment in such a case
