My dogs had s a reaction to something, I gave her 1/2 a antihistamine tablet and she improved but bad agai. This evening. Can she have another 1/2 tablet?

The appropriate dosing frequency depends on the specific type of antihistamine that was given. For example diphenhydramine is given 2-3 times daily while cetirizine is only given once daily. You could repost your question with a picture of the box of the antihistamine and we might be able to help a bit more. You may also want to have Lola examined by a vet - sometimes corticosteroids are also necessary to treat an allergic reaction.
