My 8 month old GSP puppy was doing fine without accidents in the cage during the day but sighing the past 3-4 weeks she has had accidents everyday and been full of pee. What could cause this and is there a way to fix this? She sleeps through the night (8-10hrs) without having to go and when we are home she asked to go out with a decent amount of time in between.

I’d recommend making an appointment to see your vet since urinsry accidents in a previously house trained dog can be a sign of a urinary tract infection. They can test a urine sample to see if there is infection present.
