One leaf will likely not pose a serious risk of toxicity. Monitor for lethargy, loss of appetite, diarrhea or a change in thirst/urination. If necessary, see your veterinarian or a vet experienced in treating rabbits. Treatment is largely supportive (fluids, special diet, etc.).
