My 4-month old Lhasa pup had a severe accident four days ago. She hit her head and neck badly and unfortunately an x-ray couldn’t be carried out at the vet clinic due to a lack of facilities. She’s holding her neck up herself now but she keeps circling round and round, stumbles when walking and lacks balance. Is there a hope for full and total recovery? Would she ever get back to the energetic, playful pup she once was?

I'm sorry to hear this happened but I really cannot give you a prognosis without examining her myself. There is probably a 50/50 chance that she may get back to normal. With brain/neurological injuries it is hard to say.
