I have a senior yorkie that I rescued several years ago. He came to me with only a few teeth and has had several pulled during a cleaning about 3 years ago... I found this in his mouth tonight while giving him a bath and I have no idea what it is. It’s solid and hard as a rock and actually bulges out and is noticable on his face under his eye when his mouth is closed

Hello, sorry to hear about Ollie. Thats severe tartar and plaque accumulation of his left carnasal tooth. He needs to have his teeth cleaned and this tartar removed, and potentially, even his tooth extracted. Please contact your veterinarian to have her tooth examined and cleaned. Hope this helps and best of luck.
