Bad breath can indicate dental disease, diabetes or renal disease. I recommend to have Rosy examined by the veterinarian as this is the best way to begin figuring out the cause. If everything looks good on her, then you need to start at home dental care. The breed in general is prone to dental disease so at home care can help slow this process down. I hope this helps.
