Single, acute overdoses as low as 25 mg/kg can cause vomiting in dogs so this dose seems very low to cause intoxication (it is about 9mg/kg). Keep a close eye on her for the next 12 hours, especially monitor signs as vomiting, lethargy, diarrhoea, inappetence, increased or absent urination, increased drinking level. If any of them are seen an immediate check up would be needed.
