My 8 month old puppy was spayed four days ago & was diagnosed with works at that point. She has had two doses of deworming medicine and is still having loose stool. Is this normal?

I recommend to call your veterinarian. It's possible the loose stool is due to the worms, the medication or the spay procedure (the most common side effects of sedation are vomiting and diarrhea). Diarrhea that continues beyond 2 days can allow a bacteria shift which can continue the diarrhea. The vet may want to treat the diarrhea now. A bland diet may also help. I hope this helps.
