My dog has been throwing up for over an hour. The first two were mostly digested breakfast. The third mostly water. And since then every 15 minutes or so he pukes up small amounts of spit and foam and bile. I removed the food and water. And other than throwing up every over and over he seems fine. Not tired. His gums look ok. He just keeps throwing up over and over. He did have doggy aspirin before breakfast. He has never had that before but he strained a foot. When should I worry?

I would be worried now. Constant vomiting may be a sigh of serious gastrointestinal illness. He could have something severe like a blockage in his stomach or intestines. Please have him seen by a veterinarian immediately.
