There is a spot on my dog's eye. I would like to know what it might be.

This appears to be a lipid/cholesterol deposit in the eye. These are common in dogs and usually cause no issues. To be sure and to diagnose the underlying cause, an exam with your veterinarian or a veterinary ophthalmologist would be recommended.
