My kitten is almost 10 months but weighs 5.6 lbs. Is he OK? We feed him 2x a day, love a kitten bowl full. After he eats he doesn't act like he's hungry still. Or will he just be a smaller adult cat? The picture I posted is from a few weeks ago.

He looks to be appropriate weight based on the photo. Just feel him all over and as long as he doesn't have a protruding spine or protruding ribs, then he is appropriate weight. Some
cats are just smaller frame. If he is considerd underweight once you view the chart and the criteria, then its best to get him seen by your vet to check for possible underlying medical concerns such as intestinal parasites.
