Can we give lemon juice to treat cats diahrea which is running for 2 weeks??

No. If anything, lemon juice may make the situation worse. Additionally, lemons (and other citrus fruits) contain compounds that are toxic to cats. Since it has been 2 weeks, consider an exam with your veterinarian. Submit a stool sample to diagnose intestinal parasites or bacterial overgrowth. If this is not possible, fast your cat for 12-24 hours. Resume feeding a bland diet in small, frequent amounts until the stool is normal then transition slowly to the regular diet. If symptoms persist of if your cat develops lethargy, vomiting, loss of appetite or abdominal pain, then he or she will need to be seen by vet.
