I'm not sure how Lucy had puppies February 26, 2020 given that its only the 8th of February. I imagine this is a typo. If Lucy had puppies in January and her breasts are very warm, she could have mastitis. Mastitis is fatal without treatment. You need to take her and her puppies into a vet immediately.
