My puppy is 11 weeks old. We have had her for three weeks. She is very aggressive, especially with my children, snapping and growling when we try to take something away from her that she shouldn’t have and when we try to take her outside and she doesn’t want to go. I have never seen this kind of behavior in such a young puppy and I am worried it will get worse and she will bite one of my kids. For reference, we also have a one year old yorkiepoo who does not behave like this at all.

Thanks for using PetCoach! In my experience these situations will become worse if not handled correctly. I recommend taking Rosie to your vet to discuss behavior training. There is a lot you and your family can do to prevent it getting worse but you may need to talk with a specialist. Your vet can help you find someone in your area but I recommend setting this up soon. Good luck and kisses to Rosie!
