Our 13 lb, 5 year old chiweenie has been intermittently limping or not using his back left leg. Is there an OTC medication we can give him until we get him in to see his vet this weekend?

Unfortunately no, there are no OTC pain medications you can give Chuffy. Many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. I would rest him until he sees the vet. No running, jumping, or playing. Take him out to toilet on a leash, and bring him right back in when he's done.
