Heterochromia in dogs means the dog has two different colored eyes. This is usually no cause for concern unless there is an underlying medical condition. Luna's eyes are the same color. The blue ring you are seeing on or near the margin between Luna's iris (the colored part of the eye) and the sclera (white part) is likely no cause for concern in the absence of other symptoms (redness, swelling discharge, pawing at the eye/face). https://www.petcoach.co/dog/condition/heterochromia/
