My kitten is 2 weeks old his one eye is fully open but he’s not opening his second eye what should i do?

Poor guy. It is very likely he either has a congential defect of the eye (i.e. microphthalmia- small eye globe) or has an infection if there is discharge present. He will need a proper eye exam by your vet to determine which is likely here and then go from there as far as treatment options. I hope that things work out well for your kitty and his eye moving forward. Take care.
