Hello, My dog of mixed breed no larger than 7lb of 10 years old. Has been vaginally bleeding heavy for the past few days. She is not sprayed and she has never bleed this much before. She doesn't seem to be in pain but she keeps cleaning "licking" her self which makes me think she is doing more harm to her self. She is also thirsty quite often and taking more naps than usual she doesn't seem to be feeling pain. What can it be?

This could be a pyometra, which is an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment. You need to get Bibi into a vet immediately. If she does have a pyometra, spaying her is the recommended treatment.
