A small amount of plain bread should not be harmful. The risk comes if raw dough or bread containing raisins, garlic or onions is eaten. Monitor for lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite or abdominal pain. These are symptoms that should be addressed by your veterinarian.
