I've recently noticed that one of my Guinea pigs looks like she has a pea eye, only on one of her eyes and it looks a bit red, and its not as open as her other eye, should I be worried or get help?

Thanks for reaching out about your guinea pig. Eyes infections, corneal abrasions (from hay, other trauma), dental disease and other ocular problems are common and should be assessed by a veterinarian, before they progress. The redness is a clinical sign of inflammation or bleeding. Good luck.
